Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
How does the return work?

- You will then receive our return form by email
- You take the packaged shipment with the return form to the nearest carrier branch and then receive a receipt for your return
- We will receive notification of your return and will refund the invoice amount as soon as possible after receipt of the return.
- Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

My item is defective
How annoying! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We will always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Will it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase amount.
